This center was established in 1956. It is a military prison with a total area of 25 hectares. It contains a command center for the officer in charge, accompanied by his assistants, and shrines for French soldiers. It contains 04 guard towers, wooden and iron rooms for the camp of detainees, most of whom are military soldiers. A cell for the Liberation Front was active in it. The NCP takes care of the detainees’ affairs and urges them to remain steadfast. The detainees were subjected to various types of torture before they were transferred to torture centers and prisons, and now this prison is fortified.
