This center was established in 1955 by the French military engineering, with an estimated area of 02 hectares. It contains two observation towers, their height is 02 meters. It has openings in all layers of the four sides of the towers that were used at the time for monitoring and defense against them. It has a wall surrounding it on all sides, its height is 03 meters. Barbed wire and adjacent to it there are housing for officers, a swimming pool and a garden. This center was used for torture, interrogation, and information gathering.
